The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor where an oasis of peace and tranquility awaits you while remaining a few steps from the city center, all at the end of a short walk up the stairs of a historic and elegant building as follows:
entrance, large room with a large table, sofa and TV.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cookware, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine my way, a veranda with washing machine and clothesline.
The sleeping area consists of a large bathroom with tub and stone wall.
A room completely used as a walk-in closet with a balcony that connects the double bedroom (triple if necessary) with a small private bathroom (sink and XXL shower).
A second triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) equipped with wardrobe.
Upon request, there is the possibility of adding a single bed in the main double bedroom, transforming the rooms into 2 triples.
The apartment is granted:

👉 >6 people (max 8) €30 per day per person
Upon request there is the possibility of inserting a single 1.5-seater bed in the living room for a maximum of 2 people.

For excessive use with a lack of respect (e.g. turned on when there is no one at home or 24 hours a day) the flat rate cost of the kW consumed will be charged at the time of check out.
To respect all types of customers, smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces (balcony).
Upon request there is the possibility of leaving bikes/scooters without any problem in the communal garden located in the internal courtyard of the building, all free of charge but we exempt ourselves from any liability.
Out of respect for other condominiums, please behave correctly and civilly, keep music or TV at a moderate volume and respect the hours of silence as per any condominium regulation from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am.
