Upon entering you find yourself directly in a large living - dining room with a large TV and direct access to the spacious furnished terrace with a panoramic view over the Orbetello Levante Lagoon.
On the left is immediately the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction cooker ...) and on the right a night zone with two double bedrooms and a bathrooms with a jacuzzi bathtub.
