Summary: Managed by a property management company in Germany should all you need to really know. I dealt with the owner when in Bari through WhatsApp, but booked through a management company thru VRBO. The apartment is spacious but the chemicals used to clean the place were overpowering and caused skin irritations for me and my family because of lingering irritants on the towels, bedsheets, and couches. We had hot water issues when we were there, but as I reached out to the owner he said he would attend to the issues but nothing was done. Not a good place to relax. The apartment is in the city of Bari, and very noisy throughout the day and night. Early morning street trash pick up as well makes for an early morning wakeup call. Parking is a nightmare, and maybe free on the street, but it is zoned for residents and not visitors. A parking garage is located down the street that the owner has contracted with, but at 20 euro a day to park, it is the closest facility to the apartment at a half a mile away. Another option per the owner, park at a lot 15 minutes away from the apartment and take a bus back! As for Bari itself, nice place to visit, but I would take some time and look at all accommodations available to you before considering here. As for the property management company, they could do nothing without the owners approval so let's just say it was an experience I'll soon want to forget.
