Inside a small and quite building in Porta Romana Via Senese 23, and is inhabited by female students and some students mostly dancers from the Opus Ballet and students from the Accademia Italiana
It is a very quiet building and there is a nice atmosphere, it is almost like a family.
The flat is on the first floor, there is a very big living room with a large kitchen with balcony -- one big bathroom , and two very large, airy and bright double rooms -- In total the apartament is for 4 persons
It is located in the Porta Romana area, less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from Via de Bardi,
just outside the ztl (very well served area, residential, safe, and with all services at hand under the house: post office, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, bakery, bus stops)
MONTHLY RENTAL : € 290 for each bed in double bedroom shared -- is possible rent all bedroom for single use for 580 euro
CONDOMINUM : € 25 for each person-- or 40 euro for sigle use of the room
RENTAL PERIOD: from septemebr for 12 months contract.
DEPOSIT: two monthly payments of the rent

In una tranquilla e piccola palazzina è in porta romana Via Senese 2, è una palazzina abitata da studentesse e qualche studente maggiormente ballerini dell'Opus Ballet e studenti dell'Accademia Italiana
E' una palazzina molto tranquilla e c'è una bella atmosfera, è quasi una famiglia .
Vi proponiamo questo appartamento al piano primo, c'è un ingresso soggiorno molto ampio e luminoso, con ampia cucina e balcone su corte interna -- un bel bagno ampio finestrato , e due grandi camere doppie , ariose e luminose .
Si trova in zona porta romana , a meno di 15 min a piedi dal centro , 15 minuti da via de bardi ,
appena fuori ztl (zona servitissima , residenziale , sicura, e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano sotto casa: posta , negozi , bar, gelateria, forno, fermate autobus)
AFFITTO MENSILE : € 290 per ogni posto letto a persona --- (560 euro la camera come doppia a uso singola
CONDOMINIO : € 25 a persona al mese, e 40 euro per la doppia a uso singola
PERIODO DI AFFITTO: da settembre con contratto si 12 mesi
