3 Bedroom Apartment in Santo Spirito, San Frediano

Apartment in the center, consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, one with private bathroom and one single/double) bathroom with shower, large kitchen/dining room with sofa bed for 1 person. Washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, free wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms. 3rd floor (4th US) without lift.
My "sweet house" is located on the third floor of an ancient building, typical of this Oltrarno district (it does not have a lift, as often happens in the historic centre). On the other hand, however, it is very bright and quiet, with a panoramic view over the typical roofs of San Frediano, where the gaze can range as far as Pitti and Forte Belvedere.
There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a single bedroom with a bed that can become a normal double bed. In the living room the sofa can accommodate one person. Another bathroom has a shower.
In the kitchen you will have a washing machine, oven, gas cooker, microwave and kettle, TV, iron. Throughout the house there is free Wi-Fi.
BY TRAIN: the apartment is located near the S.Maria Novella station (10 minutes on foot) or can be reached by bus (bus D - Borgo S.Frediano stop - or number 6 or 35, S.Rosa stop).
BY CAR: if you need to park your car, you can do it on the street (25 euros per day, free on Sundays) or in a private garage near the apartment (Grarage Europa, via Borgognissanti 24 euros/24h).
BY PLANE: from Florence airport you can take the T2 tramway to STAZIONE-ALAMANNI and then come on foot (10min) or by taxi (about 20-25 euros). The tramway ticket (1.50 euro/90min, to be stamped on board) can be purchased at the machines on the platform.
HOW TO GET AROUND: the main museums and the most evocative places in the center (Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Duomo, Piazza del Carmine and Piazza S. Spirito) can be easily reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, as well as the main streets shopping, such as via Tornabuoni. Those who do not want to walk have various buses available, with bus number 6 you can reach both the center and the Accademia Gallery.
In the evening, the Oltrarno district is full of pubs, restaurants and trattorias and comes alive with young people who spend the evening here with friends.
