The detached villa is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residence. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-week cleaning service is offered, which includes cleaning of floors throughout the house and cleaning of the bathroom. Linen is changed only when necessary and for a fee.

The Riva Degli Etruschi Resort is surrounded by pine forests, borders its own free private beach and offers numerous sports facilities. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

There are three pools in the pool area: a large pool measuring 26x12.5 m and a depth of 1.40 m, a medium-sized pool measuring 14x10 m and a depth of 0.90 cm and a small pool for children in the form of a circular quadrant with a depth of 0 to 0.40 cm. Access is also guaranteed for people with disabilities. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available and included in the pool area.
