- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines.
- No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance.
- Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed.
- Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a small $45 fee.
- Exception can be made for 1 pet for longer stays.
- Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.
- Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property. If you will have visitors, please let us know.
- Upon booking, you may be asked to present a valid ID for verification.
- Garage clicker Policy: Please take extra care of the garage clicker during your stay. In the event that it is lost or not returned, a replacement fee will apply. This includes a $50 administrative fee plus the cost of the device itself.

Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation, as permitted by policies.
Security Deposit:
A damage deposit of $500 may be collected up to 14 days before arrival. This will be collected and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations. Your deposit will be refunded, subject to a property inspection.
