Florence with it's international airport is roughly 150 km away to the north, Siena and Chianti around 90 km away to the east and Rome with it's international airport is roughly 200 km away, to the south. The nearest airport is at Grossetto, 25 km away so a 30 minute journey. Pisa airport is 133 km (1h30 by car).

Villa Pescaia 14 is divided into 2 houses connected between them that can be rented as a whole. All bedrooms are very bright and boast a wonderful view of the surrounding nature, except for the bedroom with bunk bed. There are 8 bathrooms (6 of which are ensuite), 2 modern and fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms.
The furnishings of the villa are new and of first quality; the interiors are carefully chosen by the owner.
The house is fully air-conditioned and all the windows have mosquito screens (except for the veranda of the living room).
