The flat has a living area of 35 square metres on the ground floor. The living room has a dining area with colour TV and a kitchenette with an oven, four hotplates and a fridge with freezer. The bedroom is warm and cosy in the cold months and cool and airy in the summer thanks to the full-height double French windows overlooking the garden. It is furnished with an early 20th century French bed and other antique furniture, as well as the headboard of an antique boat bed as a decorative element. The flat also has a bathroom with shower and WC.
The veranda with table and chairs and a view of the garden, the surrounding countryside and the pine forest allows guests to dine comfortably outdoors. Guests can also sunbathe on comfortable deck chairs in the garden.
