Extra Charges
A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1.50/Person/Day for the first 6 days, with the exemption for guests below the age of 14. If necessary, gas for heating in winter or when needed due to weather must be paid on the spot. Electricity charges also need to be paid on the spot at € 0.35/kW.
Please note:
Check-in time is from 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is from 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. A Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. The lower level of the property, with independent access and privacy, is occupied by 2 housekeepers.
Location
The holiday villa is the perfect destination for those who want to unwind in the sweet solitude of the Tuscan countryside as well as enjoy equipped beaches and swimming opportunities at Barberino di Mugello with its blue Bilancino lake is close by (13-minute drive). The charms of Florence are also within driving distance from here (under an hour's car drive from here) and offer a wealth of Renaissance art and architecture; from Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo, everything is well worth a visit and perfect for a day in the city.
The road leading to the rental is the normal asphalt one, however, around the property, the pathway is made of pebble stones. The nearest airport is Florence Peretola, approximately a 40-minutes drive from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
