Description
This stunning villa is located 2,5 km from Cortona. Recently renovated and nicely furnished, it is an 18th century Tuscan stone house. Surrounded by olive trees and facing south with lovely views across the valley below, Villa San Pietro is very private and quiet with trails and small roads nearby; lovely for morning walks.
Recent renovations have provided new amenities in the house such as air conditioning, washer and dryer, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, wifi connection throughout the house, a computer connection, satellite TV, DVD, central heating and a private pool with garden. There is also a wonderful limonaia (conservatory) constructed from wrought iron and insulated glass where guests can enjoy a relaxing daytime break with a book or afternoon tea even in the winter time. It is also a perfect rendezvous for evening drinks.
Accommodation
Villa San Pietro can accommodate 10 people.
The property is spread over two 2-storey and has 5 bedrooms: 4 double rooms and one room with two beds, all with private bathroom.
The bathrooms have spacious showers, while the main one also has a bath.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining room that can accommodate 12 people, plus two large fireplaces. In addition, there is a large living room with satellite TV and comfortable sofas, the entrance hall with a sofa and comfortable armchairs and, finally, a master bedroom with private bath.
From the ground floor you are accessed via a staircase to the first floor. On this floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with private bathroom.
All bedrooms in the villa are air conditioned.
Outside the main house, there is a separate building with another double bedroom with private bathroom.
In the garden, which is accessible from all rooms on the ground floor as well as the lemon, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for outdoor dining. The terrace dining areas, garden and pool are lit at night. There is parking for 5 cars.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a security deposit of €500.00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any costs for damages incurred.
Pets: €25.00 per week. Crib: €30.00 per week. Extra bed: €80.00 per week.

Swimming pool open from May 1 to October 31.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be requested based on the regulations of the municipality hosting you.
