The apartment consists of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. Free parking is available just 200 meters away.
Important Notes:
- Arrival: From 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional charge of 40 Euros.
- Departure: By 9:00 AM.
- Linens: Bed and bath linens are not included but can be rented upon request at a cost of 40 Euros for the double bed and 20 Euros for the single bed, at least 7 days before the arrival date.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
