The villa (about 250 sq m) spans two floors, connected by internal and external staircases. GROUND FLOOR - Hallway leading to a dining room, communicating with a kitchen with garden access, and a living room; a guest bathroom; a double bedroom (with separate entrance) with an extra double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Small sitting room; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms.
Park:
The 3,000 sq m fenced garden is adorned with cypresses, olive trees, eucalyptus and aromatic shrubs, as well as a small organic vegetable garden. Outdoor spaces include a portico and vine-covered pergolas with seating areas, as well as a bamboo pergola equipped with a dining table, barbecue, induction hob, and sink.
