You will have an initial one-off fixed cost of € 350 to be paid at the time of booking a room, which includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, monthly cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, corridor, terrace, etc) insurance, maintenance for the all period.
