ROOM No.26- Very spacious room (14 square meters) and bright, well exposed with a large triple door window in a spacious apartment (about 100 square meters) and completely renovated with new furnishings, on the first floor (with elevator).
The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet and inhabited by families and students, a convenient and well served area (nearby is the green LAM bus stop).
The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students.
It is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), all the university faculties are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle:
- ideal for the faculties of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics (800 mt)
- near also Economy, Agriculture, Veterinary and Jurisprudence all reachable within 1.5 km but in general all the faculties are easily reachable.
The apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed of:
- 4 very spacious and bright single rooms
- 1 bathroom with shower and window
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove and all accessories included) overlooking the balcony (with washing machine);

The room is equipped with a single bed, bedside table, 3-door wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair, shelves.
THE ROOM PRICE IS € / month "ALL INCLUSIVE".
We expect an annual contract with the possibility of annual renewal for the following years.
- The "ALL INCLUSIVE" price indicates that all costs are included in the price: monthly rent, condominium fees, heating, gas, electricity, water, waste taxes, monthly cleaning of common areas and unlimited fast fiber Wi-Fi.
This allows you to study in total serenity, having the certainty of a certain price every month without surprises.
Recapitulating thus: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utility heading. You will have an initial one-off fixed cost of € 350 to be paid at the time of booking a room, which includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, monthly cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, insurance , maintenance.The apartment is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery etc. Obviously all completely new!
