Casa Aliade C is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Puntone, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet).
Casa Aliade C is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Aliade C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Casa Aliade Apartments are part of a large holiday complex, consisting of 27 apartments located into different buildings. The complex can host up to 124 people.
Casa Aliade apartments are located a few steps from the sea and a few minutes from the characteristic medieval village of Scarlino. This is the ideal place to spend your holidays discovering one of the most fascinating corners of the beautiful Tuscany: the Maremma.

Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
